Bulldozer Electrification Project in Europe

Project Overview:

A European construction company approached us and said they wanted to modify their construction vehicles. Because they want to reduce fuel costs and the company's overall operating costs, they planned to do a modification test on a bulldozer, changing from the original fuel drive to an extended-range drive. Given Brogen's extensive experience in this field, they needed us to provide the electric motors and corresponding controllers to achieve the goal.

Higher Efficiency and Lower Cost

If the bulldozer is driven by fuel, a large engine is needed. The operating speed of the bulldozer will keep changing, and the engine speed will not keep running in the high-efficiency zone, which means more fuel-consuming.

With the development of technology and energy demand, from fuel to hybrid, then change to pure electricity is an inevitable trend. This bulldozer has been altered to an extended-range hybrid system. Its engine is only used to generate electricity and does not participate in vehicle driving, so it can always run in the high-efficiency zone with low fuel consumption.
