Brogen E-Axle: Pioneering Thailand in Light Vehicle Electrification

Project Overview:

In 2023, a Thailand tech team worked on the electrification modification for their client's light vehicles. They planned to use a 1.5-ton mini-truck as the prototype for the modification. After a thorough selection process by the technical staff, they ultimately chose the solution from the Brogen team.

We equipped the vehicle with an integrated electric drive axle with a maximum output torque of 2266 Nm. The motor's rated power is 30 kW, and its peak power is 60 kW. The weight of the entire electric drive axle is just 105 kg. In addition, Brogen also configured a three-in-one OBC product, integrating a DC/DC converter and a PDU.

Suitable for pure electric/hybrid/extended range etc.
