What is an all-in-one electric drive system?

How does it work?

Think of it like this: First, the battery pack provides DC power, and the motor controller/(inverter) converts the DC power of the battery into AC power to drive the motor. The electric motor converts the battery's electrical energy into mechanical energy, and then drives the wheels through the reducer/(gearbox).

What are the advantages of an all-in-one electric drive system?

The drive system of a traditional car consists of multiple independent components that need to be designed, manufactured and installed independently, which increases manufacturing costs and assembly complexity. The electric drive all-in-one technology integrates more drive system components together to achieve a higher degree of integration, reducing the number of parts, and further reducing costs and improving energy efficiency.
