In 2023, we were approached by a mining company that wanted to electrify its mining trucks to reduce gas emissions and save on fuel costs. In the challenging field of mining truck operation, where continuous pit climbing and extreme conditions require high performance, the traditional problems of skidding and power interruption persist.

To overcome these challenges, we recommend the latest axial flux motor solution, which features a drive axial flux motor with increased rated power, reaching 570 kW with a peak power of up to 900 kW. This increases power and overall performance and features a space-saving design with an axial dimension of only 407 mm, providing exceptional flexibility in layout.

Coupled with the independently developed intelligent control system, it ensures uninterrupted shifting power, effectively resolving This solves the problems of slippage and power interruption during heavy loads on slopes or sustained steep inclines.
